This Return and Refund Policy explains the procedures that apply when customers wish to cancel an order, return an eligible product, request a refund, report a damaged or incorrect product or exercise applicable statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace rights available to consumers under applicable United Kingdom law.
For qualifying distance purchases, UK consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to notify the trader that they wish to cancel and a further 14 days after cancellation to return the goods. Separate statutory remedies apply where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
In addition to applicable statutory rights, adasax.shop offers a 30-day voluntary return period for eligible products.
A customer seeking to use this voluntary return policy should contact us within 30 calendar days after receiving the relevant product.
Products returned under the voluntary return policy should normally be unused or only handled to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect them, in resalable condition and returned with the relevant components or accessories supplied with them.
Where reasonably possible, customers should also retain original packaging.
This voluntary 30-day return policy does not replace statutory rights relating to cancellation, faulty goods, misdescribed goods or non-conforming products.
Before returning an item, contact:
Please provide your order number, the email address associated with the order, the product you wish to return and the reason for the return.
If the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please describe the problem. We may reasonably request photographs where these would help us assess the issue.
After reviewing the request, we will provide appropriate return instructions.
Do not return a parcel to an address appearing on a shipping label or package unless we have specifically confirmed that address as the appropriate return location.
Returns sent without following the supplied instructions may experience processing delays.
Where the statutory cancellation right applies, a consumer may cancel a qualifying online purchase without giving a reason.
For goods, the standard cancellation period generally ends 14 days after the day on which the consumer, or a person nominated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods. After notifying the trader of cancellation, the consumer generally has another 14 days to return the goods.
A customer may notify us of cancellation by sending a clear statement to:
The message should identify the order and clearly state that the customer wishes to cancel.
Customers may inspect products in a manner reasonably comparable to the inspection that would normally be possible in a physical shop.
Where applicable law permits, a refund may be reduced to reflect diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
This provision does not apply in a manner that would unlawfully reduce statutory rights.
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation or voluntary returns where permitted by law.
Examples may include goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken, and other categories for which applicable law provides an exception.
Any such exclusion applies only where the relevant legal conditions are satisfied.
An exclusion from change-of-mind cancellation does not remove statutory remedies where the product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming.
Products supplied to consumers must satisfy applicable statutory requirements.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, not fit for an applicable purpose or otherwise does not conform to the contract, the customer may have statutory rights to remedies that are separate from our voluntary return policy.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods generally has a 30-day time limit, subject to the Act's conditions and exceptions. Other remedies, including repair, replacement, price reduction or the final right to reject, may apply depending on the circumstances.
To report a problem, contact info@adasax.shop.
If we send a product that is different from the product ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
After confirming the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, return arrangements or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable rights.
Customers will not be required to bear reasonable return costs arising from our error where applicable law requires us to bear those costs.
If a parcel or product appears damaged when delivered, customers should contact us promptly.
Customers should retain the product and packaging until we have provided instructions where reasonably possible.
Photographs of the packaging and product may help us investigate a carrier or fulfilment issue, but failure to provide a photograph will not automatically remove a statutory right where other evidence establishes the issue.
For a voluntary return or qualifying change-of-mind return, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product where permitted by law and where the customer was properly informed of that responsibility.
Where a return is required because goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, we will handle reasonable return costs as required by applicable law.
Customers should contact us before purchasing return postage so that we can provide appropriate instructions.
Customers are encouraged to use a trackable postal or courier service and retain proof of postage.
Until a return reaches the appropriate return location, customers should take reasonable care of the parcel.
Nothing in this section transfers risk to a customer where doing so would conflict with mandatory law.
Once an eligible return is received and assessed, we will process the appropriate refund.
Where statutory cancellation rules apply, refunds will be made within the periods required by applicable law. For returned goods, a trader may in relevant circumstances wait until the goods are received or until evidence of return is provided before issuing the applicable refund.
Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed and legally permissible.
After we process a refund, the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before funds appear in the customer's account.
Because adasax.shop provides free standard shipping on all orders, there is ordinarily no standard outbound shipping charge to reimburse.
If optional premium delivery services are introduced in the future and a statutory cancellation right applies, reimbursement of delivery costs will be handled according to applicable law.
Where an order contains multiple products, a customer may request to return only some of those products.
Any refund will relate to the eligible products actually returned or otherwise subject to an applicable refund right.
We may offer exchanges where appropriate and where stock is available.
Because availability can change, an exchange cannot be guaranteed.
Where an exchange is unavailable, an eligible customer may instead receive an appropriate refund and may place a new order separately.
Statutory rights are not dependent on exchange stock availability.
Sale, discounted or promotional products are not automatically excluded from statutory consumer rights.
Where we permit voluntary returns, eligible sale products may also be returned unless the product falls within a lawful exclusion communicated to the customer.
A discounted price does not remove rights where goods are faulty or non-conforming, except to the extent that a specific defect was properly brought to the customer's attention before purchase and the law permits that circumstance to be taken into account.
If tracking indicates that an order may have been lost or if the estimated delivery period has materially passed without delivery, contact:
We may investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier or fulfilment provider.
Where the customer is legally entitled to cancellation, replacement or refund because goods have not been delivered, we will provide the applicable remedy.
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve legitimate problems.
This does not restrict a customer's legal right to contact their card issuer, bank, payment provider, alternative dispute-resolution provider, regulator or court where applicable.
We may take reasonable measures to prevent fraudulent, abusive or dishonest return activity.
However, fraud-prevention measures will not be used to deny legitimate statutory consumer rights.
